Incomplete phone number on form TP-1000.TE

Why is the tax preparer's telephone number incomplete on form TP-1000.TE?

In version 6.10, the tax preparer's telephone number is displayed correctly on the screen but the last digit may not appear on the printed return.

As an interim solution, under Identification in the Preferences menu, use a dash instead of brackets to separate the area code from the phone number.

This problem is fixed in version 6.20.
